Still eaten alive by the Great Dane I have a small backyard, and my husband and I love to sit outside at night and talk or read a book. Unfortunately, that rest and relaxation has been taken over by mosquitoes! I bought this product after reading some reviews and thought I give it a try. Having multiple dogs, it was very important that everything I expect it back too safe for them. We sprayed the yard as directed, but saw absolutely no reduction in the number of blood-sucking monster lurking about. Seller gave prompt delivery, and it came in time, unfortunately, not simply the product of our mosquito problem. 3 of 3 people found this review helpful. Good product, bottle sucking SarahNC I bought this for a weekend barbecue. The rainy season in Raleigh, so I can only vouch for one day I sprayed, not how long it takes with little / no rain. First, the bottle was craptastic The child safety cap (the kind that pushes down turn) was not broken open. I had to pull it .. I think the plastic mold used to make was not accurate. Second issue was fixing the hose. Hose is connected to the right, but not actually pull the bottle. He fell three times during use (the groom was trying to squeeze hefty after the first failure, the wire was bad in the bottle, which probably caused the first problem with removing the cover). That said, when he finally got a good grip on it with the hose in a way that not only could fall again, the spray was well and transparently, so that I could actually see that the product is mixed with water. I sprayed the back cover on the deck, and was on the grass as I could. Pleasant smell of cedar (courtyard of my house smelled freshly clean hamster's cage). There is a simple mosquito bite during the day reported by anyone. The temperature was in the 60s, rain cloud, a little damp last year that was eaten when very hard the next two days, and Skeeter was back. So yes, this works. It will not work as well as the toxic spray, but if you like nature and want a quick solution to a crowd, I say go for it.
