Most helpful customer reviews 0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Laughable and insulting. By Jonathan C. Wojcik The manner in which Shoo-tags claim to repel insects is fantasy, and bad fantasy at that. I feel sorry for anyone stupid enough to believe insects can be repelled by a magnetic strip. There is no "energy field" or "signal" these could possibly emit without a power source, and even if they did, there is no such signal that insects even pick up on.The company that manufactures these meaningless hunks of plastic has "donated" thousands of them to poor countries. Let that sink in a moment. The diseases carried by mosquitoes kill more humans each year than any other natural phenomenon known to science. Now there are thousands of people walking around in malaria-ridden countries carrying worthless little tags that they believe offer any kind of protection whatsoever. It is absolutely certain that some people will die because of this company's actions, all to get a little tax break. The people responsible for these things should have them nailed to their foreheads and see if it protects them when we dump them in some vats of lyme ticks. Why can't I give an item zero or negative stars? These things are not only a scam, but a dangerous and cruel one. See all 1 customer reviews...
