I couldn't believe the shipping charges for it, so I just bought 1 bag. I had bugs coming out the wazoo in my back yard. I love hanging out back there and I've tried everything (foggers, sprays, etc.) to get rid of them (although you know you can't get rid of ALL of them) or at least try to tone down the amount of bugs. You'd be out back for no more than 5 minutes and get eaten up enough to go back inside. Once I spread these granules through my yard, over my porch, and through my flower beds, I noticed a big change! It says on the bag to apply regularly to keep it working, so I searched on Google and found that Lowe's had it for $11.44 a bag! So, if you have a Lowe's nearby, check it out. You can look online and do the in store pick-up (for free). I don't recommend having Lowe's deliver it because the shipping cost was over $60!!! But now that I know that my local Lowe's has this stuff, I'll be saving money on those insane shipping charges they got on here! Give this stuff a try! You might surprise yourself! Worked somewhat...? By Erin L Mulholland We moved into a house with a severe fly infestation in the backyard. Nearly every type of fly that I can imagine lives in our backyard, making it most unpleasant to be outside, especially because of biting flies. We also have a dog that is our baby, so non-toxic solutions are a must. We bought this bag and used the entire amount on our 15 m x 10 m grass area because we were incredibly desperate. It seemed to knock down the fly population for about a week, but they came back (maybe a little less?). It is hard to tell because our infestation is SO incredibly bad. We are also using this in conjunction with various other non-toxic methods, so I am not sure exactly how useful it was. I do like the fact it was non-toxic and pet/people safe and honestly, sometimes "non-toxic" or "organic" stuff just doesn't work like the dangerous highly toxic methods, so can't really fault them that.
